Onsite Staffing Supervisor 3rd shift

Adecco is currently seeking an energetic individual to join our team to support our client's manufacturing facility (Onsite) in Foothill Ranch, CA.The Onsite Supervisor acts as the candidate's/associate's employment "agent" (i.e., liaison) and point of contact through the recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. This position must ensure satisfaction by maintaining a solid working relationship with our candidates/associates – showing appreciation for their performance and contributions, sharing their importance to our organization, and reinforcing the benefits of working for Adecco. This position is also accountable for meeting performance KPI and SLA metrics to ensure excellent client delivery.
