Brief DescriptionWe are seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in the Southeast region. This role is responsible for delivering sales results by influencing, developing, and ensuring mutual accountability across our independent sales representative population to achieve strong and consistent performance.The ideal candidate thrives in a results-driven environment, uses data to guide decisions, and builds strong, accountable relationships with independent partners to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.Drive Sales PerformanceOwn and deliver regional sales growth and revenue targetsInfluence and negotiate with independent sales representatives to align with business prioritiesEstablish clear expectations and ensure mutual accountability for resultsDevelop & Coach Sales RepresentativesTrain and develop reps on product knowledge and effective sales strategiesConduct field visits to evaluate execution and improve performanceSupport underperforming or new reps to accelerate resultsLeverage Data & InsightsAnalyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunitiesDevelop and execute action plans to improve performanceMonitor KPIs and drive accountability through data-backed decisionsLead with Market IntelligenceGather and interpret competitive, customer, and market insightsTranslate data into strategies that improve positioning and outcomesProvide feedback to internal teams to support product and marketing initiativesCollaborate & ExecutePartner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and Product teamsRepresent Altimate Medical at identified industry events and customer engagementsMaintain accurate CRM data and reportingRequirementsBachelor’s degree required; MBA preferredProven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets4+ years of industry or related sales experienceExperience working with independent sales representatives preferred but not requiredSignificant travel required within assigned regionCandidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the southeast regionSummaryAltimateMedical is a leading designer and manufacturer of innovative medical technology focused on improving lives.
