Program Management Stf - E4

Overview In this role you will manage cost, schedule, and technical delivery for weapons adapter development and integration on the F-35 platform. You will report to the F-35 Weapons Senior Program Manager and oversee a subset of the weapons portfolio, coordinating with contract program managers throughout the lifecycle. You will set milestones, drive schedules, and apply risk management to anticipate and solve issues, while communicating progress to stakeholders and leadership. This position supports enterprise-wide development, production, and sustainment efforts in a mission-critical program.
