If you're ready to put your skills to work on projects that matter - and build a career with a company that's building North America - we want to hear from you!ABOUT THE ROLE \nThe Plant Foreman position requires hands-on involvement, in leadership and is responsible for overseeing daily plant operations, ensuring a safe work environment, coordinating crews, and supporting maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of plant processes, material gradation, equipment operation, and preventive maintenance. This position requires leadership, mechanical aptitude, attention to safety, and the ability to keep production running efficiently and continuously.WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH\n\nCoordinate incoming crews and assign equipment effectively Conduct safety meetings and reinforce safe work practices\nComplete and update Field Risk Assessments (FRAs) as needed\nLead crusher liner change-outs and maintenance activities\nPerform belt splicing and repairs\nReplace bearings and gearboxes as required\nSafely operate welding and cutting equipment (torch and welder)\nChange and maintain screen decks, including confined space entry when necessary\nCollaborate with safety personnel to ensure full compliance with regulations\nMaintain working knowledge of MSHA rules and standards\nKeep accurate and up-to-date maintenance records\nCoordinate with management to order parts and materials\nProactively identify potential equipment failures and address issues early\nWork closely with management and maintenance teams to support continuous plant operations\nOperate mobile equipment as needed (loaders, dozers, excavators, haul trucks)\nDemonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.\n\nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\n\nAbility to perform effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.\nPrevious experience in this role or a similar position.\nStrong understanding of plant processes and operations.\nThorough knowledge of equipment operation with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.\nAbility to communicate instructions clearly and effectively to employees.\nSolid understanding of company safety policies and procedures.\n\nAdditional Requirements\n\nSuccessful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
