Business Development Representative (BDR)We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our licensed insurance agents by converting inbound leads into booked, high-show discovery appointments. This role is focused on speed, connection, follow-up, and scheduling —not selling or closing insurance policies.If you enjoy talking to people, working with clear processes, and being measured by activity and booking outcomes, this role is a great fit.ResponsibilitiesRespond to all new inbound leads within 5 minutes using HubSpotMake initial connection calls using Aircall and a provided scriptFollow up consistently with uncontacted leads through calls and text messagingSchedule 15-minute discovery calls directly on licensed agents' calendarsConfirm appointment details including date, time, time zone, and contact informationPrepare prospects for their appointment and provide a warm handoff to the agentAccurately document all calls, outcomes, and notes in HubSpotUpdate Slack with lead outcomes and collaborate with agents as neededQualificationsAt least 2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer serviceComfortable making a high volume of outbound and inbound calls dailyStrong verbal communication skills with a clear, professional phone presenceOrganized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus)Coachable, positive, and resilient with a strong follow-up mindsetAble to work independently in a remote environment
