Finance and HR Manager

We are working with a very successful Global Investment Firm in Downtown Dallas that is looking to add a HR & Accounting Manager to their team. This is a very unique role in that it will help with all HR functions as well as crossover with Finance & Accounting so wants someone from a Finance/Accounting/Investment type background that is interested in the HR side. It is essentially Director level role and has to have solid financial analytical skills.They are looking for someone min 4-6+ years with either a Business, Finance or Accounting degree from a reputable University. This person will manage lots of anaylsis projecs, process improvement with accounting team plus HR functions from onboarding, benefits, payroll, HRIS, employee relations. Again open to training on true HR functions. Ideally someone from financial services, investment mgmt, family office or public accounting with an analytical background and an interest in learning HR. This person needs to have great communication skills, be professional, highly analytical and be comfortable explaining analysis findings to executive management.The pay is wide open and extremely attractive for the right candidate. Base plus annual & mid-year bonus plus additional long term incentives. They have very low turnover and a great work environment so the right culture fit is crucial.
