Manager/Analyst- Data visualization
Job Description:
Client's Body Contouring marketing organization is looking for a strong analytical candidate to join a high-performing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering analysis, insights, and recommendations to Marketing, Sales, and other functional leaders to drive increased performance and efficiency of Body Contouring initiatives.
You'll use your knowledge of data analysis and data reporting to identify trends in performance and build a narrative around appropriate strategic and tactical adjustments. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven individual that is never satisfied with the status quo and is eager to let their curiosity and can-do attitude expand the limits of bio-pharmaceutical brand delivery.
You will be expected to partner with Brand and Sales Leadership to align Marketing strategies and key priorities while supporting CoolSculpting, CoolTone, and future product offerings. A successful candidate must be able to meaningfully communicate insights and information to a broad group of stakeholders through exceptional oral and written communication.
Primary Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and improve metrics that are used as key performance indicators (KPIs).
Perform investigations using various data sources. Collaborate with teams across Body Contouring to gather information and build a fuller picture of the business today and the growth opportunities of tomorrow.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations and influence strategy with data and storytelling.
Develop models to analyze data, and then present your findings to relevant stakeholders.
Evaluate the success of business decisions, programs, and promotions.
Necessary Skills:
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
Experience with problem-solving and excellent quantitative skills, with the ability to translate analytical insights into business strategies and actions.
Ability to effectively communicate results of complex analytical approaches and influence action to improve brand and portfolio performance.
Experience with analysis using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and graphs
Basic Skills Required:
Bachelor's Degree required, with a concentration in engineering, statistics, mathematics, or similar discipline preferred.
This position requires strong communication skills and a proven ability to work closely and effectively with peers and leaders in a cross-functional organization.
Demonstrates project management skills and ability to multi-task.
Ability to spot data trends.
Knowledge of data mining and scrubbing.
Strong mathematical or statistical skills.
Experience with data visualization tools.
Preferred, but not required:
Familiarity with ThoughtSpot or Tableau.
Familiarity with statistical testing.
