What You’ll Do: Respond to emerging MILCON policy analysis requirements relating to but not limited to cyber mitigation, natural disaster response inquiries, increasing information technology requirements and infrastructure investment strategy imperatives which require a robust capability. Track and maintain status of enterprise-wide MILCON program execution as well as status of individual projects relating to but not limited to infrastructure investment strategy imperatives. Perform trend analysis on program funding, identify areas of concern, and design recommendations for improvement. Support the planning and development of MILCON programs and collaborate across the AF and with other DoD agencies to support AF program efforts and mission requirements. Provide detailed analysis and recommendations for incorporating higher level and outside agency compliance requirements as well as subordinate real-world applications, into effective MILCON programming policy. What You’ll Bring: Bachelor's degree and knowledge of Air Force Civil Engineering programs and/or DoD technical writing. Familiar with facility and infrastructure requirements and processes. Able to grasp and competently apply policy for project requirements definition, programming, and execution. Air Force experience preferred. Must have an active Secret clearance. Must be proficient in English, both written and verbal, to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Successful results of preemployment screenings, including federal background check, MVR, and drug screen. Comply with company drug and alcohol policy. Be authorized to work in the US or will be authorized by the successful candidate’s start date. Location Requirements The position will primarily work a hybrid work schedule, with 1-3 days of the work week to be spent at the Pentagon in Washington, DC.
