Sr. Technical Analyst

Job Overview:The ATR Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining FEPOC's Architecture Tool & Repository (ATR), consisting of Orbus Infinity (formerly iServer365), SharePoint, PowerBI, and Visio. The role is heavily focused on architecture content management and ensuring smooth platform operations, with the primary objective of organizing and making architecture content accessible to stakeholders through the Architecture Department SharePoint portal.This role requires expertise in architecture tools, metamodels, viewpoints, and frameworks, with specific responsibilities for configuring Orbus Infinity, managing architecture operations, and collaborating with architecture teams and business stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Architecture Tool Configuration:Work with internal teams and vendor consultants to configure Orbus Infinity features, including Visio diagram templates, metamodel, catalogs, PowerBI dashboards, workflows, and SharePoint portal pages.Collaborate with business, solution, and enterprise architects to define use cases and requirements for new features.Architecture Tool Management:Administer and manage daily ATR operations, including user onboarding, troubleshooting, processing intake requests, and curating architecture content.Continuously improve system processes and ensure smooth operations of architecture tools.Knowledge Transfer & Training:Document knowledge and insights from Orbus consultants on ATR configuration and administration.Support the development of end-user training material, customizing vendor-provided courses to align with FEPOC-specific use cases and system configurations.Project Management:Develop, maintain, and execute the ATR Project Plan, ensuring milestones are met.Maintain a prioritized backlog of ATR use cases and feature requests.Prepare and present project status reports, risk/issue inputs, and project roadmap updates to the Architecture Leadership Team.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.In lieu of a degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience will be considered.Experience:5+ years of relevant experience in system/technical analysis.Experience with TOGAF or similar architecture frameworks (e.g., Zachman, DoDAF, FEAF, or Gartner’s EA Framework).Solid experience in SharePoint configuration/administration.Familiarity with architecture modeling tools such as Orbus Infinity, Bizzdesign, Mega, etc.Experience with PowerBI (preferred but not mandatory).Key Skills and Abilities:Strong understanding of architecture tools, metamodels, viewpoints, and architecture frameworks.Experience with the configuration and administration of SharePoint sites and portal pages.Ability to manage architecture content and ensure it is well-organized and accessible to stakeholders.Knowledge of system or business analysis methods, application/data architecture, and business systems.Ability to work autonomously, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and execute agile practices.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with Orbus Infinity is a plus, but candidates with experience in similar architecture modeling tools (Bizzdesign, Mega) will be considered.Experience with PowerBI for creating architecture-related dashboards is beneficial.
