About the Opportunity:The *ngineering Program Manager II IS plays a critical role in collaborating with engineering and business stakeholders to design, define, and deliver solutions that enhance caregiver experience and add value to the organization. This role manages the lifecycle of solutions or services, ensuring they meet customer needs and integrate effectively within the ecosystem.3. Responsibilities:• Collaborate with engineering counterparts to define and design solutions and services• Engage with caregivers to understand needs and gather feedback• Manage the release and lifecycle of solutions or services• Establish the identity of solutions/services within the organizational ecosystem• Support and connect with the caregiver community• Work in a fast-paced environment requiring problem solving, decision making, and effective communication4. Requirements:• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience• Minimum of 3 years related experience• Preferred experience in a healthcare environment5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Pay ranges vary by location, for example:- Alaska Anchorage: Min: $48.27, Max: $76.22- California Northern region: Min: $56.46, Max: $89.13- Texas: Min: $36.82, Max: $58.13• Placement within the pay range depends on experience and other relevant factors• Additional compensation may include shift differentials, overtime, premiums, or bonuses6.
