Technical Product Owner
Agility Partners is seeking an experienced Product Owner to support a key banking client undergoing major platform and process transformation. This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and strategic partnerships, driving modernization efforts in a highly regulated, fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate brings strong product ownership, system implementation experience, and the ability to operate effectively amid complexity, ambiguity, and organizational dynamics. This is an opportunity to influence enterprise-scale initiatives, guide cross-functional teams, and help deliver secure, high-impact solutions for a large financial institution.Key Responsibilities:Analyze complex business and market problems and translate them into clear, prioritized user stories and deliverable work items.Drive and support migration initiatives from legacy CDI/Lean systems to ServiceNow, collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.Own and communicate product vision, roadmap, and requirements across engineering, operations, and leadership teams.Manage multiple features and workstreams simultaneously, ensuring delivery aligns with business priorities and regulatory constraints.Partner closely with development teams throughout the full software development lifecycle to maximize customer and business value.Navigate cross-functional collaboration in a high-pressure, politically complex enterprise environment.Support large, strategic partnerships by aligning product outcomes with broader organizational goals.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree required.Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within software design, development, or system implementation initiatives.Strong experience with system implementations and/or project management in complex enterprise environments.Demonstrated ability to write clear, actionable user stories and detailed functional requirements.Experience working in highly regulated industries such as Banking, Financial Services, or Healthcare; banking experience strongly preferred.Solid technical understanding of APIs, event-driven systems, and data flow; familiarity with software architecture concepts is a plus.Proven ability to manage stress, ambiguity, and competing priorities while operating effectively within organizational and political constraints.Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Nice to Have:Experience with ServiceNow platform implementations or migrations.Background supporting dispute-related systems, workflows, or operations.
