Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, assisting customers with their wireless needs, demonstrating products, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. The ideal candidate will be energetic, communicative, and eager to help customers find the best solutions for their mobile technology needs. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance regarding products and services Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively Assist customers with selecting suitable plans, devices, and accessories Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with current products Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance Manage stock levels by stocking shelves and processing shipments efficiently Provide excellent phone etiquette when addressing inquiries or assisting remote customers Assist in performing basic retail math calculations for transactions and inventory management Support supervising staff in training new team members and maintaining store standards Skills Proven experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures Strong supervising or leadership experience within retail environments Ability to conduct engaging product demos and upsell effectively Bilingual skills are a plus to serve diverse customer populations Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and retail math principles Familiarity with grocery store operations is advantageous but not required Exceptional customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette mindset Basic math skills for accurate transactions and inventory management Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate to deliver outstanding service while advancing your career in a vibrant retail environment.
