You will need to unload the merchandise using a hand, a pallet jack, and a dolly, and deliver it to the customer's preferred location. Providing exceptional customer service is a crucial aspect of this role.The schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm, or until the daily route is completed.You will:Safely operate a 24' box truck with air brakes up to 25,999 GVWLoad and unload cargo via hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gateProperly track and document the activity logReport any issues or incidents to dispatchInspect the truck before and after the tripCommunicate with customers with an outgoing attitudeYou have:A good driving record1 year of route delivery experience1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experienceLift gate experienceAbility to lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassistedMust be able to pass a DOT medical exam and a Non-DOT drug exam.
