Primary Care Physician ??? Outpatient (Adult Medicine) Location: Putnam, Connecticut (Near Hartford)Schedule: Full-Time, Weekdays OnlySpecialty: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (Adults Only) Position Overview: Join a dynamic and patient-focused primary care team in Putnam, Connecticut, where quality care and collaboration are top priorities. We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient services to adult patients in a well-supported, team-based setting.
