The achievers and courageous challenge‑crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skillsWhat You will Do:Facilitate and manage the change request process for product design and development projects.Work with the engineering and operations teams to evaluate and approve change requests.Create and maintain engineering change documentation and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained.Pull drawings from database and mark up the proposed changes with redlinesUtilize technical writing skills to develop the change problem, cause, solution, and substantiationCommunicate change information to all relevant stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.Ensure all change requests are properly tracked and recorded.Participate in project meetings and provide status updates on change request progress.Ensure change control processes are followed and all documentation is complete and accurate.Assist in the implementation of new processes and systems related to engineering change management.Ensure all regulatory and quality compliance requirements are metWhat You Will Bring:Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred, or experience with engineering changes in lieu of education1-3 years of experience with engineering changes/change requests requiredFamiliarity with drawings and GD&TExperience working in Teamcenter or similar PLMStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast‑paced environmentAbility to lead cross‑functional teams and work independentlyProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and ProjectPay Range: $55,000 - $70,000Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job‑related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure.
