KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Provides mastery-level electrical engineering expertise to a team • Responsible for all electrical engineering aspects of product development, including ? System and module level design definition ? Schematic capture, circuit design, analysis, and simulation ? Generation of product test procedures ? Participates in hardware design reviews and Design Verification Testing ? Participates in failure analysis and root cause corrective action • Supports working group meetings with the customer and the internal teams responsible for end products • Works with technical team to identify, mitigate and close program risks, with a heavy focus on supply chain risks • Identifies and resolves technical issues and anomalies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address discrepancies. • Collaborates with cross-discipline teams (systems, mechanical, structural, thermal, power, optical) in development, integration, and execution • Delivers products and services that meet cost, quality, and time expectations by working collaboratively with customers and employees • Ensures internal processes and programs produce products that meet or exceed customers’ expectationsNothing in this job description restricts management’s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
