Razor is seeking a Salesforce Developer to support Salesforce.com (SFDC) development and integration within a large enterprise environment. The Senior Salesforce Developer will design and implement solutions based on client requirements, develop rapid prototypes, demonstrate Salesforce platform capabilities, and provide technical leadership throughout significant development initiatives.The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Salesforce CRM Analytics, and modern software development practices while working directly with stakeholders across the client organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, configure, and integrate solutions using the Salesforce.com (SFDC) and Force.com platformsDesign and develop Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)Develop solutions using Salesforce Apex, Java, C#, JavaScript, and related technologiesDevelop rapid prototypes and demonstrate Salesforce platform capabilities and functionalityTranslate client requirements into scalable technical solutionsSupport Salesforce CRM Analytics, formerly Einstein AnalyticsPlan and execute major technical phases of significant development projectsCoordinate technical activities across development and support teamsInterface directly with stakeholders at multiple levels of the client organizationReview the completion and implementation of technical productsEvaluate vendor technologies and capabilities as neededUtilize version control tools such as GitHub or BitbucketParticipate in Agile development activities throughout the software development lifecycleProvide technical guidance and assist with training junior software engineering staffDevelop and maintain appropriate technical documentationRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience developing with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Apex, Java, C#, and JavaScript5+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce.com (SFDC) or Force.com platform3+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics, formerly Einstein Analytics3+ years of experience using version control tools such as GitHub or BitbucketExperience working within an Agile development environmentStrong communication skills with the ability to interface directly with technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience supporting complex enterprise software development initiativesAbility to obtain and maintain a VA Medium Background InvestigationDesired QualificationsSalesforce Administrator certificationSalesforce Platform Developer I certificationSalesforce Platform Developer II certificationExperience providing technical guidance or mentorship to junior developersExperience supporting large-scale federal or enterprise Salesforce environmentsEmployer InformationRazor is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.Benefits OverviewRazor offers a comprehensive benefits package which may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, holidays, 401(k), professional development opportunities, and other competitive benefits designed to support the health and well-being of our employees.
