HVAC Technician - Installer

Job Description Job Description The HVAC Technician/Installée will work within a small team to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, customer communication skills, and strict adherence to safety standards to ensure effective and reliable HVAC system performance. The technician will spend less than 10% of their time on emergency or after-hours service. Responsibilities Install HVAC systems according to specifications Maintain and repair HVAC equipment to ensure optimal function Troubleshoot system malfunctions and implement repairs Conduct system testing to verify performance and safety Provide clear and professional customer service and communication Comply with all safety regulations and standards Document work performed and maintain accurate service records Required Qualifications Technical certificate in HVAC or related field EPA Refrigerant Certification Experience with HVAC system installation and refrigeration Proficient in troubleshooting HVAC systems Strong customer communication skills Preferred Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance preferred Company Description Pay depends on experience.
