Job Opportunity: Private Process Server (1099 Independent Contractor) ProVest, one of the nation's largest legal support services firms, is seeking independent contractors to serve legal documents in Scott & Campbell Counties. Applicants must reside in Tennessee, preferably near the counties listed above. About the Role As a Private Process Server with ProVest, you will work independently to deliver legal documents on behalf of leading law firms and financial institutions. Documents may include foreclosure, collection, civil, and litigation notices. This is a 1099 contract position with weekly pay per completed job. ResponsibilitiesServe legal documents within assigned areasManage assignments using ProVest's mobile apps (PVLS & PSO Mobile)Return completed documentsPlan routes and manage your own scheduleMaintain a professional and courteous approach at all times Qualifications We are looking for reliable, self-motivated individuals who:Live in or near the listed countiesHave strong time management and organizational skillsAre comfortable working independentlyCommunicate clearly and professionallyAre comfortable using mobile technologyValue accuracy, honesty, and professionalism RequirementsTennessee residency (near listed counties preferred)Availability 3-5 days per week, including SaturdaysAbility to complete 15-20 service attempts per dayWillingness to visit courthouses for document pickup and drop-offReliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insuranceAccess to a computer, printer, and scannerFlexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekendsComfortable using mobile apps for documentation and reporting Preferred ExperiencePrivate InvestigatorsExperienced Process ServersLaw Enforcement or Security background Support Provided You will have a dedicated Tennessee liaison for support.
