This full-time Lead Special Educator position offers leadership opportunities, professional growth, and access to NECC's nationally recognized clinical and educational expertise.What You'll Do:Lead, train and supervise a classroom team using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)-based instruction.Develop and manage IEPs and oversee individualized programmingMentor and coach paraeducatorsCollaborate with general education teachers, school leaders and families to provide quality inclusion opportunities for the learners in the classroom.Work closely with families and offer continuous supportWhat You'll Love:High quality weekly onsite collaboration and support from a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Small classroom size (approximately 7 students, 1:1 support staff)Tuition reimbursement for BCBA coursework or doctoral coursework.
