Warehouse Specialist (Bilingual mandarin)

This is a role of assistant to Warehouse Supervisors.We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and bilingual (Mandarin & English) Dispatch Coordinator to manage daily first-mile pickup scheduling and truck driver assignments for our local warehouse operations.You will oversee the coordination of pickup requests, dispatch local truck drivers, and ensure accurate and timely communication with warehouses, carriers, and internal teams. This position requires strong multitasking ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to operate confidently in fast-paced, real-time environments.
