▶︎ Job Details・Job Title: Back-End (+RPA) Developer・Client: Korean IT Consulting Company・Working Location: Plano, TX・Working style： Onsite・Employment Type: Employment Type: 1-year Contract / W-2・Salary: Up to $45 per hour(DOE)・Benefit: 401Match but No INSURANCE・Visa Support: Not provided・Working Hours: 09:00–18:00・Language: English (Fluent) Korean preferred▶ Key Responsibilities:Communicate with clients (Samsung) to assess and analyze requirements for automation solutions (RPA) and development tasksLead and guide developers as a senior developer/technical leadDevelop and support RPA operations, along with traditional application/module developmentManage the full development lifecycle: requirements gathering, analysis, coding, testing, documentationDesign, develop, and maintain scalable applications and modules with clean, efficient codePlan, prioritize, test, and manage releases using Agile methodologiesConduct code reviews and mentor junior developersMonitor and support ongoing RPA operations delivered to customers; troubleshoot and enhance solutionsCollaborate with customers and engineers to define requirements and deliver solutionsImplement automated testing, debug issues, troubleshoot complex problemsParticipate in internal/external meetings to gather business requirements and propose solutionsAnalyze business requirements and recommend best practicesWrite unit, integration, and production test scenariosOptimize application performance through troubleshooting and debuggingIdentify and plan new features with the development teamEnsure compliance with Samsung SDS quality assurance standardsResearch and recommend new technologies, applications, and protocolsCreate detailed technical plans for project executionProvide technical guidance, answer questions, and remove obstacles for the teamReport development progress clearly and transparently▶︎The right candidate will possess:Strong leadership and mentoring abilitiesExcellent communication skills (verbal & written)Ability to work independently and within a teamGoal-oriented mindset with strong self-motivationAbility to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentQuick learning ability and adaptabilityKorean/English bilingual ability is a plus (not mandatory)▶︎Required Qualifications & Skills:7+ years of experience in web-based system developmentStrong experience with Java or other programming languages (Python, etc.)Experience developing or maintaining intranet systemsFluent English communication skills (verbal & written)RPA experience or understanding is a plusExperience with HTML/DHTML, jQuery/JSON, JavaScript, AJAXExperience with Oracle DB, SQL, PL/SQL proceduresPreferred: Experience with data analytics tools (Alteryx) and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)Preferred: BS/BA in Computer Science or related fieldImportant NoticeBeware of scams: Cinter Technology will never contact candidates from an email address ending in @cintertechnology.work.
