Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role as a Litigation Paralegal. Based in Sandy Springs, GA, the role involves providing critical support to attorneys in managing litigation cases. Key responsibilities include conducting legal research, organizing case files, drafting legal documents, managing case calendars, coordinating court filings, and communicating with clients, courts, and opposing parties. The role requires collaboration with legal teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all case-related documents and tasks.QualificationsProficiency in legal research, case law analysis, and drafting legal documentsFamiliarity with case management systems, document review, and e-discovery toolsExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage case files and deadlinesInterpersonal skills for professional communication with clients, courts, and opposing counselAbility to collaborate with attorneys and legal teams in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree, Paralegal certification, or equivalent education and experienceKnowledge of litigation procedures and court filing protocolsProficiency with office productivity tools and legal research databases Experience in civil litigation is preferred but not requiredStrong written and verbal communication skills
