We are currently seekinga Primary Care Registered Nurse to join our Primary Care practice thatis uniquely integrated in our Outpatient Behavioral Health Cliniclocated in West Springfield, MA. Now offering a \$2000 sign on bonus!Your role as the Primary Care Registered Nurse: The Primary CareRegistered Nurse will be responsible for meeting with clients,conducting nursing visits, including medication administration,providing client education, reviewing medical records and lab results,facilitation pharmacy communication medication refills and priorauthorizations managing client triage needs and other duties as seen fitby the program and providers. Schedule is Monday- Friday day shiftposition 8:00am-4:00pm. Home location in West Springfield. And beflexible to work out of our other primary care locations on an as neededOnly Basis. Required Experience & Skills Experience Working Withpatients with serious mental illness required Comfort operating infast-moving, unpredictable clinical environments Experience working withEHR Massachusetts Registered Nurse licensure required A minimum of 2years\' clinical experience Reliable, registered & insured vehicle fortravel between program locations Approved driving record check Approvedcriminal background check (CORI) Valid BLS CPR Certification requiredSUCCESS FACTORS: Our ideal Primary Care RN will join the team with adisplay of enthusiasm for the role.
