As the Integrated Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and execution of print and digital campaigns production across the US market.We are now looking for a Director of Product Strategy & Development. About The RoleThis role focuses on leading product development and production while driving strategic decisions through research and data-backed insights. The position is responsible for onboarding and testing new products, as well as creating sales enablement materials to improve deal size and client retention.The role is a full-time position based in the Mediaplanet’s NYC office in Flatiron. You are expected to work from the office at least 4 days per week (M-Th). You will report to the Managing Director of the US market.Pay: $120,000 annual salaryQualifications 10+ years of experience in product development or production management Strong research and analytical skills to inform content and product strategy Experience with product onboarding, testing, and lifecycle management Ability to create sales enablement materials and translate insights into action Proven track record of supporting client retention and business growthKey ResponsibilitiesProduction Team Management & OversightLead and manage the day-to-day operations of the production teamOversee project timelines, workflows, and deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality executionEstablish and optimize production processes and best practicesAllocate resources effectively across projects and prioritiesMentor and develop team members, ensuring strong performance and growthCollaborate cross-functionally with editorial, sales, and leadership teamsOwnership of the distribution budget and costsSales EnablementDevelop sales enablement materials (pitch decks, product one-pagers, case studies)Translate product offerings into clear, compelling value propositions for clientsPartner with sales teams to identify opportunities to increase deal size and close ratesProvide insights and data to support client conversations and proposalsContinuously refine messaging based on market feedback and performanceSupport retention efforts through post-sale materials and client-facing insightsProduct Review & DevelopmentConduct ongoing reviews of existing products to assess performance and identify improvementsLead research and analysis to inform product strategy and innovationOversee onboarding and testing of new products and offeringsIdentify market trends and client needs to guide product developmentWork cross-functionally to refine and launch new productsTrack product performance metrics and iterate based on resultsMediaplanet delivers top class content marketing campaigns together with 15 000+ clients globally.
