Lead SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test)

Overview As QA Team Lead at FlexTrade, you own quality across a multi-technology product suite, blending hands-on testing with people leadership. You define QA strategy, grow a capable team, and drive automated coverage across C++, .NET, Java, and web technologies. You partner with engineering and product to embed quality throughout the SDLC and report on quality metrics and ROI. You influence testing practices in a high-impact, collaborative engineering culture.
