Today we have 180 attorneys in eight offices across the east coast.What we Offer:Base salary: $130k - $180kFull benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision401k and generous firm matchGenerous PTO policyLife Insurance CoverageHSA / FSABonusesJob duties:Work hybrid remote.We have offices in:ManhattanUniondaleAlbanyHackensack (NJ)Join our Labor & Employment Group, where you will handle complex investigations, litigation, and counseling matters for employers.Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and agency charges.Defend against wage and hour matters, including collective and class actions.Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, mediations, and arbitrations.Assist in collective bargaining negotiations with labor unions.Defend unfair labor practice filings at the NLRB and improper practice charges at PERB.Advise clients on FMLA, ADA, ADEA, NYS Civil Service Law, and religious accommodation requests.Required· NY bar· Recent labor & employment experience
