Lead Machine Learning / Data Science Engineer

Overview In this role you lead the design and deployment of data-driven, scalable ML solutions for enterprise clients. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to translate needs into ML-driven approaches, guide technical direction, and drive production-ready systems that meet client requirements. You’ll help grow CapTech’s ML and Data Science practices through client work, proposals, and mentoring junior engineers. This is a hands-on leadership position at the intersection of technology and business impact, within a collaborative, client-focused culture.
