We are conducting a highly confidential search for a Manager, Total Rewards to join our client's large, complex, multi-brand organization entering a significant phase of transformation.This role will serve as the senior-most Total Rewards leader across North America, with responsibility for both benefits and compensation strategy, execution, and team leadership. The position reports into senior executive leadership and partners closely with senior level stakeholders.This is a unique opportunity to step into a highly visible role supporting multiple distinct business units.
