Outbound Sales Specialist

A company is looking for an Outbound Sales Specialist to work in a remote call center environment. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to digital leads and manage the pipeline of leads Provide outstanding service to customers and document all inquiries and interactions Collaborate with team members to achieve department success and maintain a positive company imageRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred 1-3 years of customer service and/or call center experience required; sales experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with CRM and sales center tools is beneficial Must be able to work under normal office conditions, including sitting for extended durations
