Integration Engineer

Minimum Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.· Minimum five years of experience in system administration, integration support, or enterprise platform management.· Hands-on experience configuring systems, workflows, roles, permissions, fields, tables, and customizations.· Advanced experience with Workato or a similar integration platform.· Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, OAuth2, API keys, SSO, and credential governance.· Experience supporting enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Workday, or PeopleSoft.· Experience troubleshooting system logs, integration logs, workflow failures, and automation errors.· Familiarity with Dev/Test/Prod environments, releases, Agile or hybrid projects, and change-control processes.· Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and workload-management skills.Preferred Qualifications· Experience administering Agiloft or another Contract Lifecycle Management platform.· Experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, Zapier, or other automation tools.· Knowledge of data governance, audit controls, and compliance requirements.· Experience with system migrations, upgrades, or platform transitions.· Agiloft University or Workato certifications.
