AmbassadorWhat you get to do:Welcome new Ambassadors to the team and make sure they're ready to hit the ground (or water) running on their first day. This involves creating name tags and issuing employee ID badges as well as coordinating their participation in new hire orientation. You will also:Communicate and assist with issuance of Ambassador perksComplete paperwork for loaning additional uniforms to AmbassadorsReceive, sort, and stock new items utilizing our inventory management systemStock shelves and workstationsDistribute, exchange and replace Ambassador uniformsMaintain spreadsheets to track charges for lost uniforms, nametags and ID cardsWhat it takes to succeed:One or more years of customer service experienceMust be least 18 years oldExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsMicrosoft Office proficiency and the ability to learn new computer systemsAbility to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environmentAbility to work outdoors and in all weather conditionsScheduling flexibilityState driver's license preferredAbility to stand for entire shiftAbility to push/pull at least 35 lbs. and lift up to 50 lbs.Comfortable with heights.Compensation: 16.90 USD HourlyEEO Employer:SEAWORLD PARKS & ENTERTAINMENT IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
