Licensed Clinical Social Worker

The Primary Therapist provides therapy services, with a focus on relational and interpersonal dynamics within families, marriages, and couples.Position: Licensed Clinical Social WorkerLocation: In-Person, Port Hueneme, CaliforniaDuties may include but are not limited to:Providing individual, family and group therapy.Conducting initial and ongoing assessments.Developing individualized and follow-up treatment plans.Actively participating in the multi-disciplinary team process to contribute to positively to the overall treatment plan for clients.Level II Additional Duties: provide supervision to Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and/or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors.Requirements:Education: Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.License: Current, valid license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Science as a Licensed Clinical Social WorkerDriver's License: Current, valid California Driver License with a good driving record (per company discretion)Must be able to work one weekend dayAdditional Requirements Level II:Meet and maintain all applicable California requirements to be a supervisor of Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and Associate Professional Clinical Counselors.Possess a current and active California license that is not under suspension or probation as a Licensed Clinical Social WorkerAdditional Qualifications:Must fulfill pre-employment conditions: tuberculosis screening (annually thereafter), background check (including criminal and driving record check), drug screening, and reference checks.
