Maintenance Personnel

This is a full-time role supporting multiple properties within our Pittsburgh market. The position will be based at our Bethel Park location two days per week, with flexibility to work at other Pittsburgh-area properties as needed, generally ranging within an area from Washington, PA to Seven Fields, PA and Irwin, PA.For over 30 years, Guardian Storage has been a locally owned leader in the self-storage industry, known for our exceptional customer service and immaculate, high-quality properties. Maintenance Job Duties include:Maintain GS property(s) for cleanliness and general housekeeping Landscaping: grass cutting, mulching, hedge trimming, snow removal etc. Ensure all equipment on property is in working condition Other duties as assigned Maintenance Job Requirements:At least 1 year of property maintenance experience High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to work well with people Good communication and customer service skills Ability to move throughout the property to which assigned and the ability to climb stairs Ability to life moderate to heavy objects (up to 100lbs) Must have a valid Drivers License and willing to travel Guardian Storage is an Equal Opportunity EmployerCompensation details: 18.5-20 Hourly Wage PId3cdc0be2046-26289-40067024
