Role Description “We are seeking dedicated full-time and part-time, on-site nannies in Midland, TX.”The ideal candidate is nurturing, proactive, and experienced in supporting children’s development through engaging, age-appropriate activities. Responsibilities include providing attentive care, planning daily activities, preparing meals, maintaining organized child-focused spaces, and supporting consistent routines.This role is perfect for a professional nanny who values structure, creativity, and building meaningful connections with children and families. Qualifications • Proven experience in childcare, nannying, or early childhood education • Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities • Ability to prepare healthy meals for children • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills • CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license • Experience with infants, toddlers, and elementary-aged children preferred • High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications a plus)
