Professional Search Group (PSG) is a recruiting and staffing firm established in Australia that launched its first US office in late 2015. Our Colorado division is currently hiring a remote recruiter to assist with immediate business growth. If you have 1-2 years of recruitment experience and are seeking a long-term temporary opportunity, with the potential to grow into a full-time position, check out PSG! Responsibilities include placing job ads in various online channels, searching through LinkedIn, evaluating applications, and providing shortlists of qualified candidates based on established criteria. To be successful in this role, you should have experience filling a variety of jobs within multiple industries, including healthcare, consistently. Responsibilities:Publish job ads on job boards and social mediaConduct LinkedIn searchesSource and contact candidates online (e.g. via LinkedIn)Screen resumes and job applicationsInterview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hiresProvide daily updates on hiring pipeline(e.g. number of screened & interviewed candidates)Prepare candidates before interviews with clientsKeep detailed records of past applicants’ information, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluationsRequirements:Proven work experience as a Staffing Agency Recruiter, or internal recruiterAbility to manage the first hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing)Experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, and video interviewsExperience evaluating candidates for various rolesKnowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking SystemsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsSolid organizational and time-management abilitiesWhat we offer:Competitive hourly pay, with bonus potential40 hours a week, Monday - FridayPotential to grow into a full-time employee with PSG, based on job performance.
