Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The hours would be Fridays and Saturdays from 8:30-5. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support and administrative assistance. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong ability to manage time effectively, and a commitment to maintaining a welcoming environment.
Duties
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous manner.
Manage incoming calls, providing information and directing inquiries as needed.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is clean and welcoming.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Assist with medical or dental records management if applicable.
Provide bilingual support to clients when necessary.
Collaborate with office management to streamline operations.
Experience
Previous experience as a Medical or Dental Receptionist is preferred but not required.
Strong office management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in time management and organizational skills.
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Familiarity with administrative duties such as calendar management is essential.
