Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer relations skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fine dining or casual restaurant setting. Prior experience with POS systems and food handling is preferred, along with a strong focus on hospitality and guest services. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols are followed at all times Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Manage cash handling transactions accurately and efficiently Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and wine or beverage pairings to assist guests effectively Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, including fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Experience in upselling, guest relations, and customer service excellence is a plus Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices required Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service Strong communication skills with an emphasis on hospitality and guest engagement Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling tasks required Prior experience in serving, bussing, host/host roles, or food industry positions will be advantageous Pay: $500.00 - $800.00 per week Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid training Work Location: In person
