He oversees the project's integrity and ensures that it meets design specifications and customer requirements. He also provides engineering guidance and help to train new engineers and keep abreast of industry trends and issues.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Manages multiple small-scale projects or single complex projects from conception until deliveryLeads technical peer reviews alongside System and Project EngineersProvides technical feedback to the Sales department on project proposalsProvides mentorship and guidance to System Engineers and track Key Performance IndicatorsQUALIFICATIONS:Education: BSEE degree. MBA or PMP certification a plus1-3 years or experience managing technical Projects7 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Test Engineering & Integration, or a related field developing test solutions for commercial customers
