As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business-to-Business Sales Representative to join our sales team.About the RoleWe are seeking an AI Business Automation Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AI-powered workflows, business automations, and intelligent agents across our organization.This role combines business process improvement, automation engineering, systems integration, and applied artificial intelligence. The ideal candidate is passionate about identifying inefficiencies, building scalable solutions, and leveraging AI technologies to increase productivity, reduce manual work, and improve business outcomes.You will work closely with leadership and department stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and deploy solutions that create measurable business value.Key ResponsibilitiesAI Agent DevelopmentDesign, build, deploy, and maintain AI agents for internal and customer-facing use cases.Develop AI-powered assistants for operations, sales, customer service, project management, and administrative functions.Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), knowledge bases, and workflow-driven AI solutions.Business Process AutomationAnalyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.Design and implement automated workflows that eliminate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.Create end-to-end automations connecting multiple business systems and applications.Systems IntegrationIntegrate AI solutions with CRM, ERP, PSA, ticketing, project management, communication, and other business platforms.Build API integrations and data pipelines to support automation initiatives.Ensure reliable data flow across business systems.AI Strategy & InnovationResearch emerging AI tools, platforms, and technologies.Evaluate new AI opportunities and provide recommendations to leadership.Develop standards and best practices for AI implementation across the organization.Modern Development Tools & AI EngineeringAI-powered development environments such as Cursor, Windsurf, Replit, Lovable, Bolt, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, and similar platforms.Rapid application development using AI-assisted coding workflows.Creating custom dashboards, portals, workflow interfaces, and lightweight business applications using AI-assisted development tools.Evaluating when to use low-code/no-code platforms versus custom AI-generated software solutions.Performance & OptimizationMonitor automation performance and business impact.Track ROI, efficiency gains, and key performance metrics.Continuously improve workflows and AI solutions based on feedback and results.Required Qualifications2+ years of experience building business automations, AI applications, or workflow solutions.Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or similar tools.Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI technologies including OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or equivalent platforms.Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Preferred QualificationsExperience building AI agents and multi-agent systems.Knowledge of vector databases, RAG architectures, and knowledge management systems.Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or other scripting languages.Experience with cloud platforms and modern SaaS ecosystems.Background in business operations, process improvement, or systems engineering.Experience working within MSP, IT services, SaaS, or professional services environments.Success MetricsSuccess in this role will be measured by:Hours of manual work eliminated through automation.Business processes automated and optimized.AI solutions successfully deployed and adopted.Operational efficiency improvements.Cost savings and ROI generated.User satisfaction and adoption rates.What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is both technical and business-minded.
