MyChart Analyst

Epic MyChart Analyst (Senior-Level)OverviewSenior subject matter expert responsible for leading the design, build, and delivery of complex, large-scale patient engagement solutions within Epic MyChart. This role owns initiatives end-to-end, enhances the digital patient experience, and aligns solutions with Epic Foundation principles and business objectives, while mentoring team members.Key ResponsibilitiesLead design and configuration of advanced MyChart features (scheduling, PROs, third-party integrations)Manage full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time and within scopeTranslate business needs into technical design; serve as key stakeholder contactFacilitate design sessions and present to technical and non-technical audiencesDevelop and oversee testing strategies for enhancementsEnsure adherence to Epic standards while delivering innovative solutionsDrive development of high-impact, patient-facing featuresMentor and support team members QualificationsRequired:8+ years of Epic MyChart experience with proven patient engagement impactExpertise in complex patient-facing workflowsStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder influence skillsDeep knowledge of HIPAA, privacy, and data securityPreferred:Experience with MyChart APIsProject management experienceEducation & CertificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceEpic MyChart Certification requiredAdditional Epic certifications (Ambulatory, Cadence, Prelude) and Agile/Six Sigma preferredAdditional DetailsFast-paced environment; requires extended computer useOccasional after-hours/weekend work for upgrades/supportUp to 25% domestic travelTechnology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
