Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Customer Service Representative opportunity at NDX Group Practice Solutions in Sarasota, FL.The regular hours for this position are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.This is a full-time position featuring employee benefits including: health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance; paid holiday, vacation, and sick time; 401K with company contribution; and tuition reimbursement!Primary Responsibilities And Essential Functions Of The PositionAnswer phones in a timely mannerProcess outgoing calls in a timely mannerTroubleshoot basic technical issues, including making calls to doctors on time, shade, poor impressions and missing items or informationAnalyze remakes by customer and ensure any issues are resolvedCRM: delete doctors, update accounts, enter doctor preferences to maintain an accurate databaseSchedule FedEx pickups when necessary and check FedEx tracking for individual officesSubmit new doctors to LMSResponsible for assisting Accounting and Sales with pricing and pricing requestsManage and set up new accountsCustomer retentionAll other duties as assignedSkills And Abilities RequiredMust be able to read, write, speak and understand EnglishMust have computer skills including typing and familiarity with Microsoft Office productsVerbally communicate via telephone-maintaining a positive demeanorVerbally communicate with all levels of staff-maintaining a positive demeanorHave the ability to take initiativeMust have excellent listening skillsMust have attention to detail and accuracyMinimum Education And Experience RequiredRequired: High school diploma or equivalentPreferred: Experience in a dental environmentHazardous Materials Or Equipment UsedGeneral office equipmentPhysical RequirementsPerform tasks at multiple workstations-standing and sitting for extended periods of timePush, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 20 pounds
