This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated team that values precision and efficiency in serving our clients.Responsibilities:Receive and inspect incoming pharmaceutical products for quality and accuracy.Organize and maintain inventory in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Prepare and package orders for shipment to skilled nursing facilities.Assist in inventory management and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding inventory control and safety.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience preferred.Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse operations.Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.Forklift certification is a plus; willingness to obtain certification required.Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of work.Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.About Us:Skilled Nursing Pharmacy has been a trusted partner in pharmaceutical care for over 20 years, specializing in serving skilled nursing facilities across California.
