Work/Life Balance: offering paid time off, paid parental leave and more Client Services Lab Representative Call Center Job Responsibilities:The Client Services Laboratory Call Center Representative provides quality customer service and technical phone support. Maintains positive client relationship through timely, courteous, accurate, and efficient handling of calls. Provides technical support to ensure quality of specimens for laboratory testing. Provides requested information to clients. Coordinates and dispatches courier services as needed. Ensures stat specimens are delivered to the lab timely. Coordinates and dispatches courier services as needed. Participates in professional growth opportunities to enhance personal, team and department development. Demonstrates knowledge of regulatory standards while satisfying compliance requirements. May perform additional duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications:EducationHigh School diploma or equivalent, required upon start Experience1 year of related experience
