Military Veterans Encouraged to Apply.Job DescriptionNDi is seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) to lead delivery of enterprise information security, authorization, and compliance services for a large, mission-critical federal IT services program supporting a complex federal cybersecurity environment.The Program Manager is accountable for overall contract execution, operational performance, quality management, and stakeholder engagement across a geographically distributed, multi-discipline cybersecurity workforce. This role is responsible for ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery of security services within a performance-based operating model supporting authorization, continuous monitoring, compliance, and audit readiness objectives across a large portfolio of information systems.The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and customer engagement while ensuring delivery excellence across all contract requirements, locations, and mission support functions.This role is responsible for all aspects of program implementation, project execution, customer coordination, resource management, quality assurance, and risk management.RequirementsU.S. Citizenship is requiredMust possess an active TS clearance at the time of application, be willing and able to obtain SCI access, and pass a CI polygraph.Ability to obtain and maintain additional agency access as required This position is onsite 5/days a week in Washington D.C.Qualifications And ExperienceBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Business, or a related technical or management discipline; or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience. Master's degree preferred.PMP preferred.Program Management ExperienceTen (10) or more years of experience managing large-scale federal IT, cybersecurity, or enterprise security services programs. Certifications, prior experience, and demonstrated expertise may be considered in lieu of traditional years of experience requirements where applicable.
