Fit Recruiting is partnering with a well-established, growth-oriented construction company to find a Vice President of Operations to join their executive leadership team. This is a high-impact role for a proven leader who can drive performance, develop talent, and execute projects with excellence.This position will collaborate directly with executive leadership to oversee operations, align teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably — all while fostering a strong, accountable, and growth-minded culture.
