Salespeople with a non-commission-based pay plan will earn a base pay of $27,000 per year and the potential to make between $3000-$7000 per month in bonuses.We are family owned and operated which makes for a great work environment!Responsibilities:Educate and sell company products and services to new and existing customers clientsReach agreed upon sales targets by deadlineClose and follow up on sales transactionsInvestigate and resolve customer issues and complaintsNetwork and build relationships with new and existing client baseQualifications:Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fieldsStrong negotiation skillsDeadline and detail-orientedAbility to build rapport with clientsCompany DescriptionThomas Krumland, owner and founder of Krumland Auto Group, started his vision for the group when he purchased the Roswell Toyota dealership in August of 1997. In Carlsbad, located in southeastern New Mexico, there is Carlsbad Ford-Lincoln and Carlsbad Chevrolet.
