Remote - Employment Attorney

Job Title: Employment Law Attorney (Fully Remote)We are seeking a skilled Employment Law Attorney with 3–7 years of experience to join a dynamic plaintiff-side practice. This is a fully remote opportunity offering competitive compensation and the chance to work on impactful, high-stakes cases.What You’ll Do:Handle a variety of employment matters including wage & hour disputes, class actions, discrimination, harassment, and FEHA claimsTake ownership of cases from inception through resolutionDraft and argue law & motion, including pleadings, motions, and oppositionsConduct discovery, depositions, and collaborate on litigation strategyWork closely with clients to provide guidance and case updatesWhat We’re Looking For:3–7 years of employment litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred)Strong background in wage & hour and class action litigationExperience handling discrimination, harassment, and FEHA claimsProven law & motion and courtroom advocacy skillsAbility to manage cases independently in a remote environmentSalary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $200,000.
