The Attorney will provide legal advice and representation to clients and collaborate on litigation matters, such as shareholder disputes, breach of contract, real estate disputes, etc. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting contracts and policies, representing clients in negotiations, and contributing to litigation strategy as required.Salary and BenefitsSalary is negotiable commensurate with experience. Benefits include health, vision, and dental insurance.Qualifications10+ years of experience as an attorney, with a focus in litigationExperience providing Legal Advice and supporting clients in business-related legal mattersProficient in Research to analyze cases, statutes, and regulationsSkilled in Negotiation to resolve disputes and facilitate successful agreementsLicensed to practice law in Michigan (or ability to obtain licensure)Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPrior experience in business, corporate, or real estate litigation practices is preferred
