If you're driven, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute to world-class products, this is a fantastic place to build your career.Responsibilities:Perform a range of production assembly operations on electronic components and sub-assembliesUse drawings, schematics, and verbal/written instructions to complete high-quality assembly workIdentify and communicate nonconformities to support exceptional product qualityCommunicate openly and professionally with teammates and other departmentsFollow all required safety and ISO practices to maintain a safe, reliable work environmentMaintain fixtures and perform routine preventive maintenance that keeps production running smoothlyAssist in training team members on established processesDocument work accurately and consistentlyServe as a technical bridge between departments when neededDemonstrate strong work ethics, reliability, and a positive team attitudeConsider customer impact when making decisions and performing workCollaborate effectively in a supportive team environmentPerform other duties as assignedDomestic travel (up to 50%) may be required initially; minimal travel anticipated after the initial periodWork Environment:Location: Fort Collins, CO. Fast-paced, engaging manufacturing environment with a strong team culture. Repetitive motion tasks using modern electronic assembly tools and equipment. Overtime may be required during peak production periods.Strength Requirements Standing approx. 40% Sitting approx. 40% Walking approx. 20% Weight Requirements Carrying up to 30 lbs Pushing up to 50 lbs Pulling up to 50 lbsQualifications:Ability to perform basic reading, writing, and math functions Strong to advanced soldering skills Basic electro-mechanical skills Ability to identify components and interpret technical documentation and schematics Basic computer proficiency Familiarity with SAP is a plus Knowledge of ESD (electrostatic discharge) practices Ability to adapt, collaborate, and thrive in a team-driven environmentExperience:Experience with electrical circuits or electronic assemblies preferred Background in electro-mechanical work is beneficial Demonstrated ability to stay flexible and work effectively as part of a teamEducation:High School Diploma or equivalent requiredCompensation:As required by multiple state pay transparency laws, Advanced Energy provides a reasonable range of compensation for each job posting. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
